When you place an order with scpakarusa.com, you will be emailed several updates or confirmations.
The first will be an order confirmation, which will arrive within minutes of placing your order.
The next will be an email with an approximate shipping time for your order and will look like this:
Thank you for your order with, SCPakarUSA.com. The item(s) you have ordered are expected to ship in about 2-3 business days or less. When we ship your order, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number from UPS depending on your shipping method.
We strive to keep our inventory quantities correct at our Houston and satellite warehouses but sometimes they are not. In the event that we are not able to ship you the merchandise you have ordered, we will notify you within 4 business days via email and cancel that item off of your order. Your credit or debit card will not be charged until your item(s) is shipped, at which time we will email you tracking information. Before your item(s) is shipped, your debit or credit card statement may show what looks like a deduction from your account. Please note, these funds have not been deducted but are being reserved within your account to ensure your order can be processed. This is known as an "authorization hold" and typically lasts from 3-7 days, depending upon the policy of your bank. In the event your order is canceled due to merchandise that is not available, your credit card information will be VOIDED in our system.
We will typically email you this within 1 business day of placing your order. If you have not received this email, you may want to make sure that you have entered your email address correctly and check your SPAM filter. If you have not received this email but were instead emailed an invoice, then your order is now on its way to the warehouse for shipping.
