We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

Here's what you need to know:

Eligible Items:

• Regular priced shoes only.
• Shoes must be unworn and in their original box.
• Original sales invoice required.

Return Options:

• Refund: You can receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
• Exchange: You can exchange your shoes for a different pair. Please contact the store (contact information provided below) before returning your shoes to confirm availability.

Return Process:

• Package your unworn shoes in their original box.
• Include the original sales invoice with your return.
• Mail your return to the store that sent you the shoes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Processing Times:

• Returns are processed within one week upon receiving your shoes, subject to inventory availability.
• Processing refunds can take 2-3 weeks.

Additional Information:

• We are not currently able to process returns for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the continental United States.
• For information on returns made in-store, please contact the specific store where you made your purchase.
